Refund policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or defective product. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the recommendation for application removal of the product.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be modified once placed. Orders may be combined at the discretion of Nekoty, LLC. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the rare circumstance an order cancellation request is approved, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. 

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT POLICY
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if you find an item is defective or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate and issue a replacement or credit. We will be unable to honor a request after this timeframe. Nekoty, LLC reserves the right to request return of product or a sample for inspection prior to issuing a refund.
